  • Place image in the uploads folder.

  • Join a meeting.
  • Make sure your camera is turned on. If your camera is not already switched on, click on the camera icon.
  • Click the 3 dots and click Show background effects.
  • Go to the bottom of the effects to see the uploaded image.
  • Select the image and click Preview to check the effects.
  • Click Apply.
  • If you’re interested in having a different background and not a custom background, select one of the images available on Microsoft Teams after selected Show background effects.
  • To remove the background effect, go to the three-dot icon and click Show background effects and click on the none icon and hit the Apply button.
